ABOUT JIM FOSTER:
Jim’s love affair with Maui Hawaii Real Estate began with vacations, but it wasn’t long before he turned his more than 30 years of state-side real estate expertise to good use on the islands.
Jim's wife, Carla, is a buyer-manager for the Body & Bath Shop on Front Street in Lahaina and a shop in Wailea. Carla is following in the tradition of her mother, Connie Bos who owned gift shops in the same area for years.
Jim and his wife Carla have been married forty three years.
As most mainlanders, Jim and Carla use to come to vacation on Maui and spend time with Carla's mom, Connie Bos, who owned gift shops on Front Street in Lahaina.
They enjoyed the life style on Maui and moved here. They bought a home in July, 2000 from the Seattle, Washington area where they lived for thirty two years.
Carla's mom passed away in 1988 but Carla now is a buyer manager for the Body & Bath
Shop in Lahaina.
Jim & Carla love the sunshine and beach activities with their Cairn terrier, "Lulu".
Jim has over
thirty five years of real estate experience in both residential and commercial with brokerage licenses in Hawaii and Washington.
